You can get the Solutions of previous years question papers for VITMEE & GATE, ECE from the books of S.Chand Publications or from the Arihant Prakashan's book...

So better to search the books and buy it you will get the complete answers on these books..

For the GATE solution better for you to go for the correspondence materials...
