There are many website which offer sample question papers for medical entrance exam. Many books are available in book stores which students can purchase and practice. As to get through this exam students need to practice extensively.

For there are a lot of medical exams conducted across the country, you have to choose what you will attempt and study accordingly. I'd recommend Arihant Publications' books on medical exams like AIIMS, CBSE-AIPMT, BHU etc. They have almost 100% correct solutions with detailed explanations which will help you to study well and also direct your thought-process while solving the final exam.

Solved questions paper can be bought from your nearest bookstalls,or it can be downloaded from internet.The site of this is "www.sucesscds.net"

New pattern in AIPMT mains has been introduced since 2010.
Previously AIPMT mains would contains subjective questions but from 2010, it has switched over to MCQ pattern as Prelims.

The Medical Council of India has finally decided (and Accepted by Health Ministry) that there will be only one common entrance test each for over 30,000 MBBS seats and over 11,000 MD seats in all government and medical colleges in the country, reports the Times of India.
