I have attached some of the previous year model papers of CBSE 12th exam in this post for your reference.. kindly check it over.. hope it helps for your preparation...


POINTS TO NOTE :

-> Don't reside only on previous year papers, it won't help you much to score well in the exam...

-> Try to cover all the topics given in the syllabus to score well in the exam...

-> Go through the papers and find out the important questions which is asked again and again and prepare for those questions first and go for the other in the syllabus...

For last ten years question papers you may go through the following ways:
1. You may refer the books of satish & brothers. It is fully solved book of last 10 years question papers & it will be really helpful to you for getting top marks if you will finish the whole book.
2. You may find the question papers by search on google.com as cbse last 10 years question papers but you will not get solved question papers there.

Some extra guidance for you for passing 12th with good marks as I have passed it last year only I can tell you how you have to prepare for it:
1. One month ago before the exam you have to revise your syllabus atleast twice during your pre-boards.
2. During the whole month before your exam you only solve last year question papers. Atleast last 10 years.
3. During the exam time if you get holiday for preparation, you just revise out your syllabus as more time as you can.
