I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE SPECIALITY COURSES LIKE ...ICU SPECIALITY .... CARDIAC SPECIALITY ETC..........

Am finished m.sc(n) in pediatric.... i want to get job in industrial or railway nurse.... whether i want to any specialized course and what the procedure for applyig industrial or railway nurse....

You can definitely do specialty course after B.Sc nursing. Some of the courses are Hospital Nursing, Home Health Nursing, Orthopedic Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, etc. You can even do post graduate course. Some of the common post graduate course in nursing are Master of Science in OBST and Gyane Nursing, Master of Science in Psychatric Nursing, Master of Science in Paediatric Nursing, etc. You can find opportunities in both private and public sector hospitals after completing these courses.

bsc nursing is itself a specialised course ..however u can go for msc nursing for better careers........

After completion of the B.sc Nursing you have a chance to get the job in Nursing In hospital level,Home Health level,Orthopedic and pediatric nursing.

After completion of the B.sc nursing you may have the chance to join in Master Nursing. in this you have a chance to OBST and gyne Nursing.

In this you get the chance in public and private sector also.
in psychiatric and the pediatrics also you can join these are specializations to select one.

Yes their is one course we can do after nursing that is EMT (emergency medical technision) specialy trained for handling emergency situation in trauma care ..this is a American heart association certification ..this is a 6 month course.. U can beter search..
