Is squint in left eye is eligible for scc cgl for post like assistance section officer in ministry of railways

The eligibility requirements for Assistance Section Officer for Combined Graduate Level eligibility is given below:-

:-You must be between the age group of 18- 30 years.
:-You should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
And must have the knowledge of computer to qualify the Computer Proficiency Test.
:-Eye sight with or without glasses for distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 and for near vision should be 0.6 to 0.9
