Is SRM the best college?

is srm a best colg for joinining in 2013 batch ??
bcoz i got 2 know dat nw a days it is not reputed...
so pls tel me i want to join..
nd my srm entrance rank is 24000

hey i also got around 24000 rank in srmeee i think it is good univ. And i also going for counseling
