Is state quota available in PCS exam?


is state quota is available in pcs exam???
it means ukpcs have some reserved seat for those student who have uttrakhand domicile ya every state student are equal

There is no state quota in State Public Service Commission examination. Candidates from all state are eligible for any state PSC exam. There is one advantage of candidates of home state. Suppose, you have domicile of Uttarakhand and you are recognized as OBC non creamy layer in your state then you will get reservation benefits.

But OBC Non creamy candidates from other states will not get reservation benefits in other state Public Service Commission examination.

i mean there is no discrimination in general seats for home state or other state???
