Hello friends, I want to become a Branch Manager of a Public Sector Bank. I am studying in BCom with Accountancy. I would like to know about the steps through which I can achieve my aim. Kindly let me know about the steps asap.

Candidates are not eligible for direct recruitment as a Branch Manager. Candidates are eligible for recruitment after promotion.

So, with B.Com qualification candidates are eligible to appear in examination for recruitment as an Probationary Officer or Assistant Manager.

Examination is conducted by IBPS and SBI for recruitment in the bank. There are various stages of examination for final selection as an Assistant Manager.
