To become a DIG Officer after 10th you must follow the eligibility criteria as give below:-

>>A candidate should have completed a Graduation Degree from a recognised University from any stream with minimum 55% or is in the last year of Graduation and is waiting for the result can also apply for the exam.

>>Those who have completed 21 years of age are eligible to apply for the exam and the upper age limit is 32 years. The age relaxation is 5 years for the Reserved Candidates; for OBC it is 3 years .

>>There are limits for the attempt of the exam- For General the attempts are 6; for OBC is and for the reserved there are no limits for the attempt upto age limit.

Hello,
After 10th I will suggest you to select a stream of your choice because to become a DIG, you have to clear the Upsc conducted Cse examination.

The only criteria for the exam is that you should have a degree from a recognised University and be above the age of 21.

So after completion of your degree, you have to apply for the civil service examination .
Good luck
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
