In which stream will PG diploma suit me if I am a government employee of Material Management Stream?
sir, PLEASE LET ME KNOW PG DIPLOMA IN WHICH STREAM WILL SUIT ME MORE AS I AM A GOVT EMPLOYEE OF MATERIAL MANAGEMENT STREAM I HAVE AREADY COMPLETED PGDMM NOW I WOULD LIKE TO DO A PG DIPLOMA IN HR OR PG DIPLOMA IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT&INDUSTRIAL RELATION WHICH WILL SUIT ME IN CARRIER PROGRESSION.

Dear sir,
As u have already completed PGDMM, It is not necessary for you to opt another PG diploma course. Because as you are a Govt employee, u Should know that for Govt It does not keep any meaning of your study Branch.. they simply see what is your Level of Qualification. But if you are interested in it, in my view "PG DIPLOMA IN ERSONNEL MANAGEMENT&INDUSTRIAL RELATION" will help you more in refining your skill. Thanx.

dear friend,
i think PG diploma in HR is more suitable for you then personel management & industrial relation,because you are from management stream and that is most suitable for you. best of luck.
