NET stands for National Eligibility Test .

UGC conduct this exam twice time in a year in the month June and December .

The Educational Qualification is required for NET Exam is masters degree from recognized university with above 55% marks .

Marks relaxation provide for SC/ST category , needed 50% in masters degree.Final year student are also applicable for NET Exam

You have completed M.Sc in IT so your NET exam subject is Computer Science and Application , the subject code for computer science is 87 .

There is no specific subject for UGC NET exam , but you can apply through the subject of Population Studies .The subject code for Population Studies is 15 .

For CSIR NET exam , The subject code for Mathematical science is 04 .
