Basically, CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, which decides a minimum score to select the candidates for the further admission process in various engineering degree courses at NITs. This minimum required marks is called as ‘cut-off.’

Various factors combine in determining the Cut-off for JEE Mains such as, category-wise, Number of students etc. The cut-off marks will be released only after the examination is over. The details regarding Cut-off marks will be updated in official website (http://jeemain.nic.in/webinfo/welcome.aspx)

Those students who scored less marks in JEE main then the student will not be eligible to appear for the second stage of exam JEE Advanced.

Date Extended for JEE(Main)-2015

1) Submission of Application Form and uploading of Images
(For those candidates who wants to opt Examination Center in MANIPUR state only) - 10.01.2015 (11:59 PM)

2) Payment of fee through Credit/Debit cards -12.01.2015 (11:59 PM)

3) Payment of fee through e-Challan - 12.01.2015 (up to working hours of the banks )

Can we qualify jee advanced by qualifying every subject score
other than total score
