Syllabus of FCI written exam:

FCI exam consist of 60 objective type questions covering reasoning, data analysis, computer awareness and general awareness.

Further there are 60 multiple type questions on revelant technical discipline.

The test is conducted in English/Hindi.

FCI have not specified any syllabus of the exam. Also, they have not specified the weightage given to any of the category above.

Educational Qualification :- Graduation degree in science preferably in Agriculture& 'O' level computer course from DOEACC.

Age limit :- Max 25 yrs at the time of application.

Pay scale : Rs. 9300-22940/-

paper 1
General Intelligence
General Awareness
Quantitative Aptitude
English Language
Each heading consist of 50 questions each with total of 200 questions
paper 2
Quantitative Methods
English Language
Comprehension

Paper 3
biological science .it carries 200 questions

the syllabus for the exam includes
General Intelligence- it includes verbal and non verbal questions
General Awareness - This includes questions testing the awareness of the aspirant which includes history,geography etc
Quantitative Aptitude - It includes question for the appropriate use of numbers
English Language - Questions related to the writing and understanding ability of aspirant will be appearing.

-->Candidate should be a citizen of india.

-->Candidate should be complete graduation with the science or agriculture subjects from any recognised university.

Candidates maximum age should be 28 years.



The examination conducted in two languages as hindi and english.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) notified for Combined Recruitment to Category III in the FCI – 2013. SSC will conduct a written examination for the posts, on behalf of FCI under special dispensation given by the Government, on 11 November 2012.

Syllabus :
For Paper I (Post Codes A, B, C, D), candidate will be required to solve multiple-choice objective type questions based on:
General Intelligence,
General Awareness,
Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill)
English Language (Basic Knowledge).
