written test comprising of two papers, namely, Paper I: Objective type containing questions on General Knowledge, Arithmetic and English usage, and Paper II: Descriptive type consisting of Essay, Precis writing etc. Candidates who acquire a specific standard in written test are interviewed subsequently at the Regional Centres-Service liability: Candidates selected for appointment are liable to serve anywhere in India.

Selection is done via a Written Test comprising of two papers

Paper I is Objective type containing questions on
a. General Knowledge
b. Arithmetic
c. English Language

Paper II is Descriptive type consisting of:
a. Essay
b. Precis writing.
