Well friend, there is mention that the syllabus of entrance exam for Ph.d course is teh syllabus of M.sc. and not more than it.

So, all parts of Master level syllabus is under this

I have completed MCA last year and now i am willing to do MSc(engg) from IISc.
Can anyone plz let me know that qualifying the IISc entrance exam is sufficient to get admitted in the prestigious institution and in the entrance test what paper should we have to select as i don't find any paper related to computer science in the list of papers to choose for the entrance exam.

May I know the syllabus for PhD entrance exam for Computer Science at Vellore Institute of Technology.

Probability, combinatorics and some discrete mathematics portion like graph theory. Interview is more serious though.
