NET stands fr National eligibility test which is jointly conducted by CSIR and UGC.

National Eligibility Test held in the month of June and December every year by UGC for lectureship and JRF Scholarship. As per your question is concerned the syllabus for UGC NET for Zoology subject is not mentioned in UGC NET syllabus website. I want to add here one information that is Zoology is not a separate subject offered by NET examination. So, instead of Zoology subject you can opt for either Life Science or Environmental Science. Below i have attached syllabus for you. So you take a look for your preparation.

M.Sc Zoology degree course can be completed in 2 years. It is studied under 4 semester.
