Which syllabus should I chose after 10th examinations to become a Doctor?

I am doing my 10th IGCSE exams now and I wanted to become a doctor. So please tell me if I had to opt for other syllabus or just continue with my AS/A levels to become a doctor in India?

One who is interested to become a doctor in future has to opt for PCB stream in 11th standard and after completion of 12th standard the candidate has to appear in the medical entrance test known as NEET.

One who is interested to become a doctor should have completed 10 + 2 with physics, chemistry and Biology as main subjects from a recognised board.
Therefore, opt for PCB stream in your 11th standard.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
