A.>Eligibility for Syntel is:-

1.>Candidates should have throughout 50% means 50% in 10th, 50% in 10+2th and 50% in graduation.

2.>Candidates should have a graduation from a recognized university(Must be AICTE approved).

3.> Candidates should not have any backlogs.

4.> Candidates should not have more then 2 year gap in his study career.


Syntel Aptitude Test Contains

1.>Quantitative Aptitude.

2.>Verbal Reasoning.

3.>Non-Verbal Reasoning.

4.>General English.

I have attached a few past papers of Syntel along with this post..

Just go through them and i hope they will help you out in your preparations..

Since Syntel is an IT company hence you should have good programming skills along with good knowledge of at least one computer language..

A candidate must fulfill the following minimum criterion for appearing in the Syntel Campus Placement Exam :-

1) The candidate must have 50% aggregate marks in 10th,12th and B.Tech

2) The candidate must have no active backlogs at the time of placement

3) The candidate should not have a study gap of more than 2 years
