Sir, now my age is 24 years. I am doing Diploma in Electrical Engineering. I am in 2nd year of Diploma now. Can I do B.Tech after Diploma at the age of 26 years as I will be 26 years old by the time I complete my Diploma?

There is no such upper age limit pursue B.Tech course. You can pursue B.Tech as per age criteria defined by university's rules and regulations.

However, most of the university like Punjab University and other few universities have defined their upper age limit as 23 years.

Since, your age is above 23 years so you may face difficulty in getting admission for B.Tech courses.

As you are seeking admission through lateral entry, so you may not face such age-related issues.
