There is no requirement of any marks scored in 12 class which is minimum qualification required for doing these course.12th PASSED students are eligible to apply for ICWAI ,CA,CS if they have done their 12th from recognized board.

you can do any of them if you are 12th passed candidate from recognized board.


COMPANY SECRETARY

Qualified Company Secretaries has rich knowledge in legal, finance and management matter of the company.
Company Secretary can actively participate AND can guide the company in almost all the matter of the company
whether it is financial,legal or management matter of the company.
CS can also guide on the corporate governance,ethics etc
CS is basically legal advisor of the company.

It is a ideal course if done with law.

ICWAI

Institute of Cost and Works Accountants Of India
The course trained you in accounting,cost and management audit and tax function
IT is distance learning course, it is not done on regular basis


CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY
CA is more specialized in audit and taxation.
CA can also advice company on tax compliance and on tax law.
CA is very complete course as far as finance department of the company is concern.
CA is also known as Business Advisor of the company.

Dear sir, I have completed my B.com in 2008 and worked in BPO sector for 4 and a half years. It was my passion to be a CA. I have enrolled for cpt now I am at the age of 28. Is there any maximum age limit to complete CA. Will I be eligible to get into corporate sector completing CA at the age of 33. It will be very much help full to my confidence if any one help with the replies.

No , there is no such age bar for such professional degree course you can do this course after intermediate or after graduation its depends upon you .......

My dob is 04.06.1972, i have completed MBA, MCom doing 2nd year, i have completed my ICAI articleship, now i am going to join in ICWAI, also i am going to write the NOV 2017 ICAI IPCC Exam one group, can i write the ICWAI one group in DEC 2017? Please advice
