Quote:
Every company have its own criteria for recruitment. However most of the companies ask for overall 60% i.e in 10th,12th and B.tech. But there are certain other companies that will ask for only 55% or 50%. It completely depends on you whether you want to go for job after B.tech or you want to go for higher studies. If you want to do M.tech in higher studies then don't waste your time and go for it just after completing your B.tech. But if you want to go for MBA then i will suggest you to take some industrial experience before it. Your marks will not allow you to sit for top companies as a fresher but don't worry you can start with a small company and then through your work and experience you can switch to a reputed company. After getting 2-3 year experience you can go for MBA and then you can improve your designation as well as salary trough it. All the best! |
