If I get into a good M.Tech and get a good percentage then will the companies reject me due to the low scoring marks in B.E?


Hello to everyone I am stuck in a problematic situation... My career percentages till date is as follows:-
10th standard:- 80.66%
12th standard:- 85%
B.E in I.T------- 54%

My problem here is due to low scoring in B.E I m not eligible for good companies.
I have decided to go for further studies GATE i.e for M Tech in I.T.
My question here is if i get into a good college and i score good percentage will the good companies reject me because of my low scoring in B.E????
Please help to clear my doubts... Thanks everyone.

I passed 12th science by nios crossespondence. I have 60% marks.can I eligible. For mbbs course of 2012 year.plz reply me plz plz plz
