Is there any competitive exams I can write at the age of 32 years for job in IT sector?
I'm 30 years old and completed my Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). Am I allowed to write any Government job exams either at state level or at central level? And, I'm from Tamilnadu.

Re: Is there any competitive exams I can write at the age of 32 years for job in IT sector?
There are service commission exams for which 32 years old candidate can appear. For example you can apply for State Public Service Commission exam.
>>You can apply for TNPSC Group 1 exam as minimum criteria is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. You are still below upper age limit. You can also appear for other state PSC exam. >>If you belong to OBC or SC/ST category then you can apply for Civil Services exam conducted by UPSC. Meanwhile, you can pursue master's degree and try to secure 55% marks to become eligible for NET exam later on. There is no upper age limit for NET exam for Lectureship. |

At age of 30 years as you have mentioned in query, you can apply for :
1. Civil Services examination. 2. Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission exam. 3. State Police exams. The maximum age criteria for Civil Services exam is 37 years for SC/ST candidates, in case of TNPSC, it is 37 years for general candidates. Graduation is the minimum academic qualification required. |
