I belong from obc-Nick family whose annual income is less than 1 lakh. What is fee conversion of iit institution.also I have a white ration card.

if some family having OBC certificate and income till fin.year 17-18 is near to 8.5 lakh and if for fin. year 18-19 onwards it get reduced below 6 lakh then will this family get concession in college fees for fin. year 19-20 by submitting government issued OBC cartificate.
If yes then what documents are needed. Reply
