In order to opt positions like company secretaryship,requires membership of institute of company Secretaries of India and Additional qualifications like LLB or MBA/ICWA (Inter) would be an added advantage and should hav a minimum 3-5 years experience in related areas.....!!!

No,there is no that type of diplomas.we just apply for the job in the company in which you want to join with valuable certificates.
