is there any entrance exam for B Tech[agricultural and irrigation engineering]?
if so what is the exam?
if not what is the procedure to get admission>?

Yes there is an entrance examination which is held for admission in the good and government engineering colleges for admission in Bachelor of Engineering degree with Agricultural engineering and is held by Indian Council of Agriculture and Research from and is known as AIEEA-UG ( All India Entrance Examination for Agricultural undergraduate course ).

--> For appearing the same course, you must have the qualifications given here under :-

* You must have the nationality of India with your age lying within 17 years to 23 years till the 31st July of that year in which you are appearing in the same examination. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

* You must have completed your higher secondary school degree or any other equivalent degree with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your main subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized university. Students pursuing final year of same degree course are also eligible.

Some colleges or universities conducted entrance exam for the admission in Bachelor degree with agriculture engineering.

Eligibility Criteria:- You should have a bachelor's degree with science subjects.

Age should be in between 17 to 23 years.
