i got 121 marks in aieee 2012 iam a girl. is there any girls qota in nit's. some one told me that i can get rank b/w 38000-44000 is this true. iam general candidate

I got 113 AIR of AIEEE So Can get seat in anywhere in India . Iam a general female candidate

Unfortunately there is no quota such as girls quota in NIT. To crack AIEEE you have to get at least 48 marks out of 360(as of in 2012), irrespective of whether you are a boy or a girl. Since you have got 121 marks which means that you are eligible for AIEEE counselling.

Sorry, there is no girls quota sort of thing in NITs/IIITs. For appearing in counselling the minimum marks required for general category is 48 which doesn't depends whether you are girl or a boy. But you are eligible for participating in AIEEE counselling. There is home quota for AIEEE which is helpful in taking admission in taking admission in your respective state college.
