I have taken TC and left my college in B.Tech final year with 20 backlogs and joined in other University and completed my B.Tech. But in my final certificate joining year is mentioned as batch and they also printed in my certificate as Migrated. Is it okay to apply for govt jobs with this certificate?

If in second round of gradation you had cleared you subjects then yes you can try for government jobs,make sure other criteria you do fulfill
