Admission in BTech 2nd year through LEET for Diploma in Civil Engineering final year student?


I am studying in Diploma Civil Engineering. I have completed my 2nd year and now I am studying in my final year. I want to apply for LEET for getting admission in BTech 2nd year. So, LEET is my right choice? Can I get admission?

Yes, appearing in LEET is a right choice to get admission in B.Tech second year after completion of your final year Diploma course. Diploma holders are eligible to get direct admission in second year of four years Engineering course through lateral entry admission process. To get lateral entry admission in B.Tech course, you have to appear in lateral entry examinations like LEET, ECET, JELET, etc., which is conducted by your respective state technical board of education.
