HI,
If you want to take admission in top Govt. college then you have to qualify
the entrance exam
Diractly you can take Admission in private college under maganement quota.

Some top college in which you can take admission:-
- Manipal university
- S.R.M university
- K.I.I.T
-St. Jone's medical college
-c.m.c
etc
