Sir,I am completed my 12th examination. I had 1144 marks and 189.75 cutoff. I don't receive counselling seats for MBBS. But i waiting to join mbbs in next year. any low fees colleges or about any entrance exam to join mbbs. please inform me. to munyy55@gmail.com. I want to join mbbs in tamilnadu only.

No the same is not possible. The MBBS course is a bachelor course in the Medical and Surgical field under a recognized university. A plus-two from the reputed board will suffice. The Students must study in the science stream with subjects Physic, chemistry and Biology. Most of the universities prefer the candidates having an aggregate of 50% in the board exam. The aspirants need to take the Entrance test conducted in the national or state level for the admission process. Based on the entrance score they can secure admission into the various universities. So you have to go for the plus-two in the science stream and study well so as to perform well in the board and the entrance exam. The competition in this exam is so high that you need to start your preparation while doing your 11th and 12th class. You can join the coaching centers for cracking these exams.

Why did i choose meical?its so damn tough!

Will there be only one medical entrance exam i.e. The pmt only the next year?wont any other exams be conducted by some colleges themselves?

As someone who's been through the whole med school entrance process, I'll say this much ... competition is really stiff now ... so if you're looking for an MBBS course with a lower fee structure, you'll have to look at government colleges ... even the best medical colleges in India that are government run will not charge that much for fees... If you do well enough, there are even colleges that will let you study on a full scholarship .. not so sure about TN, but I'm sure your state comes out with a list of colleges just like they do for Karnataka.. look through it carefully before you make your decision.. best of luck :)

Low fee structure is only provided by government medical colleges.
Private colleges charge a very high amount for MBBS.

No, problem you can apply next year also.
There are many Medical entrance exam at the national and state level.

Firstly i am happy that you decide you aim that you want to become a doctor.

If you are rejected this year you can apply for next year.
There are many entrance exam in which you can apply.

Some to M.B.B.S entrance exam are:-
