Is there any rule like having a gap between studies will not make us eligible for MNC?
Today I had campus drive of Capegemini but, they reject me because of 1 year gap between 10th and 12th. Is this the rule for every MNC companies? Can I apply for others MNC or not?

The eligibility criteria for most of MNCs are:
Minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th and bachelor's degree. Maximum of two years academic gap between studies allowed. You can apply for job in MNCs with one year academic gap. |

There is a rule in most of multinational companies which states that maximum of two years gap between studies allowed.
Since you have one year academic gap between studies, you are eligible for placement in MNCs. |

The general rule about academic gap in Multinational companies:
Maximum of two years gap between studies allowed. Most of MNCs follow this. You can apply. |
