Sir, I belongs under VTU Board and got seat in Engineering college through SNQ quota. I have also got scholarship during my 1st year of B.E. But they are not giving my scholarship amount yet. Is there any rule that SNQ quota students should not receive scholarship or ineligible for getting scholarships?

Various universities have some rule and regulations regarding this.
You cant do anything if they are not providing scholarship .
If you belong to sc/st category , you should mention it at the time of application process.
If you have taken admission in different quota because of any benefit then you must look in this issue too.
