Civils is a Examination which gets you central government job after successfully clearing the same.

Civil Service Examination is the entrance examination conducted for all the graduates in India to select the top brains of India.
This exam is conducted by UPSC. UPSC is a Government body which is determined to select the top most professionals into the responsible positions.

As you asked about Time Table .
time table means in two ways.
i.e., it may be
->Preparation time table.
->Examination time table.

If you are asking about preparation time table it is tough to tell you because each and every mind set is different Know Mind will think similarly about the same topic.

so preparation has to be directly determined by yourself no others time table will suit you.

Coming to Examination time table
Civil service examination is divided into three levels. i.e., as follows
->Prelims(Now CSAT Civil Service Aptitude Test)
->Mains
->Interview

This is the examination format
in this the time table is like which is upto months because the dates may vary time to time.

Prelims(Now CSAT) : this examination is conducted in the month of June.

Mains exam : this exam may be in the months of September/October

Final exam i.e., Personal Interview. This round is finally conducted in february or march

this is the general time table for Civil Service examination
