The UPPGMEE Applications are invited for candidate’s admissions into different MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS courses. The Medical colleges are located in Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Kanpur, Meerut and Lucknow. The Entrance Exam will be conducted on last week of February. The candidates who have cleared BDS/MBBS from the recognized university are eligible for this test. They should have completed their internship by End of May.

Structure of the exam

The Entrance Exam consists of 200 objective type questions with multiple choices. The candidate has to select the right answer from the given options. The questions are from Pre and Para clinical subjects and clinical subjects. Each section will get 100 questions. For every correct answer the candidate will get 4 marks. Also for wrong answer the candidate will loose one mark. Zero mark will be given for no response.

The syllabus for this entrance test will be same as prescribed MBBS and BDS courses. The MD/MS course will get questions from all the medical related fields and different disciplines. The MDS course will get questions from Anatomy and Histology, Dental Pharmacology and Therapeutics. This may also include Physiology and biochemistry, pathology and bacteriology, Human Dental Anatomy and many more etc. The candidate should allot time and study these portions thoroughly. They should prepare a time table and follow that without fail. They should start their preparation earlier so that they will get more time for revision.

The candidate can refer their text books and class notes for their preparation. They can also find some materials in online. They should practice old question papers and model papers. This will help them to analyze their preparation level as well they can rectify their mistakes. The medical entrance test requires more concentration. The candidate should attend direct questions which are based on topics. When they are preparing for test, they should take note on all important points. They should have confidence on themselves.
