SAIL (Steel Authority of India Limited) recruits candidates for the posts of MT (Management Trainee) through entrance test.

SAIL Eligibility For MT (Finance)
You must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate with CA or ICWA.

Selection
- Written Test
- Group Discussion
- Interview

- Qualified candidates in written test will be shortlisted for group discussion and interview.
- Final Selection will be based on merit list which is prepared by combining the score of Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview with weightage 60:20:20 in order.

Written Test Syllabus
- Domain Knowledge Test : 100 Marks (75 Minutes)
- Aptitude Test : 100 Marks (75 Minutes)

Aptitude Test
- Part A : Quantitative Aptitude (25 Marks)
- Part B : Verbal Ability (25 Marks)
- Part C : Reasoning (25 Marks)
- Part D : General Awareness (25 Marks)
