I wanted to know what is the total course fee for CS foundation programme. what is the last date for submitting the application and course fee.

You will need to make the payment by DD only. The total cost is Rs 3500/-. You will also need to pay Rs 850/- for the examination fees. You need to register at least 9 months before the date of the exam. So if you plan to appear for the June exam in 2012 you need to register latest by September this year.

The fee structure of Company Secretary are as follows
Foundation Program- Rs.3600
Executive Program- Rs.7000 (Commerce graduate)
- Rs.7500 (Non-Commerce graduate)
Professional Program- Rs.7500


The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June.

Admission to Company Secretaries (CS) Foundation Programme is on 10+2 pass/ appearing students seeking admission should get registered before 30th September/ 31st March to be eligible for appearing in june/ December Examination. Students of any stream- Arts / Science / Commerce ( excluding Fine Arts ) can pursue the CS FOUNDATION PROGRAMME conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Hello Samuel,
Total course fee for C.S foundation is 3600.
The institute arrange foundation exam two times in the year, June and December. once you pay the fee you get the membership for 3 years.
For june attempt, the last date of submission of fee is 30th sep every year and for december attempt, the last date of submission of fee is 25th march.

Is it possible to appear for cs foundation in june 2011 exams if i am registered in april 5th ?
