there is no particular website for provision of the information you asked. you can just google whatever information you want about the colleges and find the seats alloted in that college. you can even find the colleges in india providing pg in medical fields on the website of WIKIPEDIA there they provide each and every website regarding the list of colleges they have provided.best of luck
