Under which circumstances a student is allowed to change stream from 11th to 12th?
Sir/Madam, my brother has Science Biology Subjects in 11th class. Now He want to change his stream. Can he swap his stream from Science Biology to Agriculture Science in 12th Standard?

No, he is not eligible to change the stream in std 12th. So, if at any cost he want to change the stream then he must have take admission in std 11th again and pursue it..
