I am an economics graduate from DU with 54% marks. I completed 12th with 90% marks in mathematics and overall 77%. Currently I am working in BPO but would like to come out of it for a better career as I am an economics graduate. M I eligible if i want to pursue career in acturial science? Please state the universities that offer the course and is it a good combination or if there is anything that i can pursue do to make a better carrer?

As acturial science includes subjects like economics, mathematics, statistics & computer programming, so you are eligible to pursue career in acturial science.No doubt its a very good combination to make career in this field as you can work as an advisor in various insurance cos.some colleges are-

Yes of course,you are eligible.In first,you have to take Actuarial common entrance test.Institute of Actuaries of India has started an entrance exam for entry into the actuarial profession.The first set of exams was conducted on 28 and 29 January 2012...Next round of registrations is unlikely to open before 1st June 2012..
