I have done AMIE degree course in 2011 and doing job as a Junior engineer in state govt. I want to do M.Tech in Mechanical engineering. which university/college is suitable for doing m.tech in distance mode. Is M.Tech. in Mech. of KSOU is approved by AICTE

Distance learning programs are for those candidates who are unable to do their higher education from Regular programs


KSOU

KSOU Stands for Karnataka state open university which gives admission in the under gaduate as well as postgraduate programs including M.TECH

Now KSOU is recognised by

-UGC-University Grant commission

-DEC-distance education council
(under the MHRD)



It is not approved by AICTE but it does not makes that much importance as if KSOU has a better placement record then it should not be considered.

"placement is directly proportional to quality of students"
