Now iam doing MCA-1st year,i have above 70 in UG,BUT I dont have first clas in my 10th n 12th, wli i get job in IT company

now i have finished my B Tech,IT i have only 65 % in UG and also got less than 60 % in 12th, can i get job in IT Field

I have completed BCA with 87% and i am also university rank holder if i want job in IT company if i have eligible for this job?or not?
