Yes, Vinayaka Missions University (VMU) is approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC) which provide many courses like engineering, MBA, MCA, BCA.....etc. So, if you are interested to take admission in the VMU then don't worry about the college this college is approved by the UGC. VMU is Established Under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.

In year 2001 the 'University' status of the Vinayaka Mission was conferred by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India, with the recommendations of UGC.
