Hi, I am goutam a student of b.com final year. plz suggest to me after complet my graduation in b.com............

You have many options after B.Com. You can apply for the M.Com. You have also option of MBA course. This will help you to attend the NET exam. If you qualify in the NET exam, you can get in to lecture positions in government colleges or universities. You can also opt for the government jobs such as bank jobs etc. You have also the option for CA or ICWA course.

After your B.Com you can go for your master's in M. Com and advance your academics. It would certainly add value to your career and life in future.

It would also allow you to go for teaching field in various colleges.

Otherwise, you can go for the MBA. Its required in almost every area or company today. So you can opt for this also. But you have to miss your Masters in Commerce then

So now you may decide.
Another option is that, you can start working to gain experience, and then later resume your studies.
