Is there any age limit for fee reimbursement and also gap between education.

I have completed my B.tech&M.tech through reumbersment.Now i want to study D.Ed can i again get reumbersment

I am completed PhD in chemistry.age is 33.i got 320 rank in b.ed.now am I elgible to get fee reimbursement in b.ed?

According to my knowledge students belonging to forward caste and backward communities age was 34 years
And for SC ST communities 39 years

And Fee reimbursement is not applicable if the student's attendance is less than 75%.
