What rank should I GET TO GET SEAT IN SURATHKAL-MANGALORE ENGINEERING COLLEGE?

It depends upon which branch you want to choose.

However,the minimum requirement for it is 30000 (air).

you should have about 15678 or less air rank to get a good trade in the engineering college

nit-surathkal is one of the best of the nits ......so it is not be so easy to get into it.....you will have prepare very hard and score around 250...then you can tryfor it ....you can get it in 1stor 2nd or 3rd round of counseling..........

i think you should go for some NIT college.well its your wish, so you have get a rank between 2000-3000.

every year rank is varied,but for getting admission in this college you should keep your score between 10000 to 12000.

for chemical engineering ......you should have an AIR between 2500-7500 for the first round of counseling.......

and for state rank ...if you have a rank less than 20000.......then you have a great chance of getting a seat of your choice ......

A rank in top 10,000 can assure you a seat for chemical engineering in NIT Surathkal. So work hard and try to get into top 10,000 ranks

You may expect an NIT with this rank because many new NITs have come up and surely more no of seats.

So better wait for the counseling and keep your fingers crossed you "May" get an NIT.

To get the best branch in NIT surathkal you have to get a rank in top 10,000 however even if you get in top 25000 in india you may get some lower braches too.

you can get admission in any stream in nit mangalore if your all india rank is below 20000.

you get good nits because your rank is under 30000

That is a good institution for pursuing higher studies.
Definitely a rank below 40,000 will do get you admitted.
