You can either do a job or study further. But, I suggest you to do M.Tech in Civil Engineering after B.Tech. Because, After M.Tech you can get more better jobs than B.Tech. You should give GATE entrance exam which is conducted to get admission in IITs, NITs and other government state level Colleges to do M.Tech.

I suggest you to do M.Tech in Civil Engineering after B.Tech.
