hi
the best books considered for the concepts and fundamentals of physics as of the IIT entrance exam level are-
fundamentals of physics- haaliday resnick (wiley publications)
concepts of physics by H.C.Verma (both volume I and volume II)
arihant publication books written by Dr. D.C.Pandey
and as you go through these books, it is advisable that you should not be leave to read the ncert books as they are the must reading books for the concepts genration for physics.
