There are many options available for your if you have passed 10+2 with PCM stream.

For getting admission into top colleges you have to get a decent rank in the entrance examination.

Some of the courses you can go for are listed below:

-Engineering

-Architecture

-B.Sc. in Physics

-B.Sc in Maths

-Biomedical Engineering

-Chartered Accountancy

-Fashion Designing

-Hotel Management

-Biotechnology

-BBA

So you can opt according to your interest and you have to appear for entrance for getting admission into top colleges.

Hence be prepared for the entrance so that you get admission into a good college. Getting admission into a good college is very essential because nowadays there are so may sub standard colleges being approved by AICTE which are good for nothing colleges and will not provide you any kind of placement.

Only good colleges have 100% placement records and you must get admission into a good college otherwise your Degree will not be enough to get you a proper job .

Dear Aspirant,

Dont worry that you have failed in the Entrance exam.As the quote say 'Where there is will there is a Way'.

To get in to the engineering colleges there two ways:

1. Counselling

2. Management Quota

Counselling seat is obtained when you secure a good rank and Management quota seat is the seat which is obtained without any rank but with buying the seat with more money than a ordinary counselling student.

So that how the student get the seat in the engineering colleges whether it is IIT or a small engg college.

This is the system followed by the education system in the India.

Hope this info helps you.

All the best for your future endeavor's.
