You can choose Biotechnology after 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology because:

Biotechnology is a professional course. It has more job opportunities as compared to Bachelor of Science.

You can get private jobs in firms or organization after completion. Higher study option is also there, Master of Science in Biotechnology.
